The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics. This includes name and address for shipping, phone number (if given) for direct contact between you as the customer and the owner and email address, which is used for invoices, shipping confirmation and contact about the products/service.
- Email addresses are also stored securely and may be used to send updates and special offer emails, which you can unsubscribe to.

Payment information is transferred through secured payment providers PayPal & Stripe, also Klarna.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
Invoicing, Shipping Confirmation, Notifications and Update/Offer Emails.

We use the information that you have given us in order to fulfil your order and make sure that it reaches the correct customer and destination, in the new condition as it has left us.

We may share name and address information with Royal Mail, DPD, EVRi or ParcelForce, for shipping purposes only.

We keep the following details: name, address, email address and telephone number (if supplied) for a year from your last purchase in paper form. We will then dispose of your information by shredding all paper documents.
