These terms and conditions outline your use of our website     www.lottie-lugiftware.co.uk. Please read these carefully & in full before you use this website or place an order. If you do not wish to comply then I ask, please don’t place an order.

 

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

 

Our Business

• The term ‘Lottie-Lu Giftware’, us and we, refers to the owner.

• This website contains material that is owned/licensed to us and any reproduction is prohibited by copyright laws. This is the same for all our linked social media accounts too.

• We do not tolerate any abusive language; any issues must be resolved respectfully.

 

You as a Customer

• Must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering binding contracts of purchase.

• Have sufficient means of purchasing goods.

• Use a credit/debit card that is your own, or with permission of the card-holder.

• Provide a valid and correct address for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for failed delivery due to customer error.

• You are purchasing our products for personal use only and not using in any way for commercial use.

• We welcome wholesale orders for our own handmade products, please contact our email address to discuss further.

 

Order Confirmation

• On receipt of your order, you will receive an email with invoice.

• Goods will only be sent once payment has been sent/cleared.

• You have the right to cancel your order at any time, however in the case of it being dispatched, please refer to the returns and refund section.

 

Shipping

• All orders placed will incur a postage and packaging charge of £3.50, regardless of quantity of items.

• We do offer letterbox post (£1) ,as well as local delivery too (£1).

• At present, we do not offer international postage from the UK.

• Items will be posted as soon as payment has been made and will take between 3-5 working days, within the UK.

• Please note we deliver direct from our location to your chosen  registered residential or business address only.

• Items are sent via Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD or EVRi UK, depending on size & weight. 

 

Returns Policy

• We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you have any issues, please resolve first by contacting: Lucy @ lottie-lugiftware@hotmail.com

• Returns are accepted, but contact needs to be made within 14 days of purchase.

• All returns must be sent back in original packaging with attached labels within 14 days, once contact has been made.

• Postage for returns must be paid for.

• In the case of ‘faulty or damaged’ products, this relates to an item that has been sent to you in a poor condition, or occured in transit. Photographic evidence of this will be required, this is for us as a company to claim for third party breakages (ie postal service).

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds for items will be made within 14 days of receiving goods.

• This refund will be sent direct to the original payment method.

• Refund includes amount total (£) of the product returned and includes original postage (to cover returned goods).

• If you would like a replacement/exchange on a faulty/damaged item, we are happy to do this. We will post this out at our own expense, should this relate to a faulty or damaged return.
