OUR STORY
Lottie-Lu Giftware was established in May 2018, after many dreams came true!
The first blessing was the birth of my daughter Lottie, who inspired the name for my little business and was that real positivity and drive to make this a reality. I wanted to spend more time being Mummy working from home, but also do something that I was proud of and have a passion for.
The second dream was to provide others with beautiful things to fill their own home, or find that perfect gift. So many times, I had selected gorgeous things but unfortunately been out of my price range and put them back on the shelf.
This made me question... Why should we pay more for lovely things?!
..And thus prompted me to source and supply home related pieces, which are appealing & amazing quality, but affordable for everyone!
Fast forward to 2025, we are now a family of nearly six, faced Covid, a recession and yet our business has grown and I have you as lovely loyal customers. So grateful!

How long does it take for orders to be processed?We aim to pick and pack your order within 1-2 days and then post out using Royal Mail 2nd Class, which then takes 3-5 working days. If you would like your order quicker, please do pop us an email and we will try to accommodate your needs. Handmade items, such as our rustic benches, may take 2-3 days to be ready to dispatch. In addition, our bespoke baskets and gift sets may take a little longer, due to being styled and created in house.

Do you offer Free Delivery?At this time, we are able to give our customers free delivery on orders over £30.

Do you ship overseas?We are absolutely gutted that we cannot offer overseas delivery at this time, this includes Ireland, due to new import restrictions. We so apologise, because we would love to be able to send our lovely products across the world. Hopefully in the future this will be a possibility, fingers crossed!

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?YES! We have physical pretty vouchers which we can send directly to you or your recipient with a message inside. These are valid for two years and have varying values to suit your budget. You can also purchase e gift cards, which you can find at the top menu of our website. These are sent direct via email to you or your recipient. Each voucher has an individual code, which can be used at checkout. Please note vouchers must be used in one transaction, we cannot offer money back.

Can I return a product?Yes. If you are unhappy or changed your mind you can return your product to us within 14 days, in its original packaging. We will refund your original postage cost, however cannot reimburse for the return cost. If an item is damaged or you would like an exchange, we also process these. Please see our Damages Return FAQ for more info.

I have a damaged item! :(We are always so sad when this happens, but we will always resolve! If an item arrives damaged, please email and send us photos of the item, including packaging. This is so we can make a claim with our postal service. After correspondence via email we can then arrange a replacement free of charge, or process a full refund if you don't want another sending out to you.
